Remote Help Desk allows our technician to log directly into your computer from our office. This secure connection must be allowed by you at the time of service and expires at the conclusion. Many problems can be addressed at this time, all while you watch in real time on your screen with the technician on the phone. Here is a small list of common problems that we can address:

  • Virus and Spyware removal
  • Slow or unresponsive system
  • E-mail setup and repair
  • Installing and Uninstalling of software
  • Teaching basic computer use
  • Troubleshoot printers
  • Checking backups
  • Checking and or repairing backup systems
  • After hour repairs

and many more… Just call for an appointment.

The only 2 requirements are:
  1. You must have access to the internet from the computer you need worked on.
  2. You must pay by credit card

The rate for this service is $40.00 per  1/2 hour. Most sessions are completed with the first hour. All work comes with a 30 day warranty. If you find that you still have a problem or it has returned within that 30 days just call us and we will perform another remote session at no charge until the problem is fixed. If the problem cannot be fixed remotely and a technician must come out, a travel charge of $20.00 may be applied. Out of area customers will be issued a refund. When you talk to our service technician on the phone he will determine if Remote support will be of benefit to you, it’s not always the case but if it is it could save you money and time.
